Цифровая трансформация и экологические показатели деятельности компании: роль зарубежного опыта руководства

Аннотация

Цифровая трансформация и экологические показатели деятельности фирмы стали основными темами в области устойчивого развития компании. Однако лишь немногие публикации изучали влияние характеристик руководства на данную взаимосвязь. В нашей статье мы стремимся заполнить этот пробел, исследуя воздействие цифровой трансформации на экологические показатели деятельности фирмы с особым вниманием к регулирующей роли зарубежного опыта руководства. Чтобы проанализировать влияние и различия между компаниями, мы применили устойчивые эконометрические модели на выборке, состоящей из котирующихся на бирже китайских компаний за 2011–2021г.г. Полученные результаты свидетельствуют о том, что цифровая трансформация существенно повышает экологические показатели деятельности компании. У компаний с невысоким уровнем загрязнения окружающей среды данное положительное воздействие выражено сильнее, чем у компаний с высоким уровнем загрязнения. Кроме того, мы считаем зарубежный опыт руководства решающим регулирующим фактором, усиливающим положительную связь между цифровой трансформацией и экологическими показателями деятельности компании. Настоящее исследование предоставляет ценные данные компаниям, реализующим стратегии устойчивого развития при помощи цифровой трансформации с акцентом на важность зарубежного опыта руководства в улучшении экологических показателей.
