Развитие цифровых бизнес-экосистем в России: ключевые факторы и их влияние на финансовые показатели
Аннотация
Много научной литературы посвящено преимуществам и особенностям развития бизнеса с помощью стратегии, основанной на экосистемном подходе. Однако, проблема актуальности и применимости внедрения бизнес экосистемы, а также проблема способа повышения эффективности изучены недостаточно подробно. Впервые в исследовании проведен углубленный анализ факторов эффективности бизнес-систем, существенно влияющих на их успех. Подробно проанализированы три ключевых фактора — самодостаточность экосистемы, уровень интеграции сервисов и удовлетворенность клиентов. Этот подход позволяет расширить понимание того, как эти факторы взаимодействуют и влияют на стоимость экосистемы, что до настоящего времени изучалось недостаточно глубоко. С этой целью проведен анализ чувствительности показателя NPV – экосистемы, рассчитанный для двух российских технологических компаний МКПАО «Яндекс» и МКПАО «ВК» с помощью метода дисконтированных денежных потоков через драйверы: количество активных клиентов, средний процент оттока клиентов, цифровая воронка продаж и средний чек/комиссия. Самодостаточность экосистемы существенно влияет на NPV: удаление одного бизнес-направления оказывает негативный эффект на стоимость бизнес экосистемы (от -5% до -167%). Уровень интеграции сервисов незначительно влияет на показатель NPV экосистемы. (при отклонении на 50% отклонение NPV не более 16%) Удовлетворенность клиентов может оказывать значительный положительный эффект на NPV экосистемы. (до 3,7% при отклонении в 1%). Данное исследование позволяет сделать вывод, о том, что каждый фактор эффективности внедрения экосистемы связан с способностью собирать и использовать информацию. Для российского технологического сектора было выявлено значительное влияние в двух из трёх ключевых факторах: самодостаточность экосистемы и удовлетворенность клиента. Практическая значимость результатов данного исследования заключается в определении общих факторов, которые показывают при каких условиях внедрение экосистемы является экономически оправданным для технологического сектора.
