Оценка влияния результативности практик инклюзивного роста на финансовые показатели и стоимость металлургических компаний

Аннотация

В статье рассматриваются практики инклюзивного роста, применяемые в металлургических компаниях, и оценивается их влияние на финансовые показатели и стоимость компании. Анализ данных 102 крупнейших компаний металлургической отрасли в период с 2016 по 2021 г. показал, что сокращение выбросов парниковых газов, улучшение качества воздуха, переработка отходов, выстраивание инклюзивной цепочки поставок, соблюдение прав человека и выстраивание отношений с обществом в местах присутствия компании положительно влияют на ее финансовые показатели и стоимость. Результаты исследования могут быть использованы топ-менеджерами металлургических компаний для формирования стратегии инклюзивного роста, отвечающей целям всех заинтересованных сторон, которая позволит улучшить финансовые показатели и способствовать росту стоимости компании.
