Новые инструменты финансирования в спорте: NFT- и фан-токены
Аннотация
В настоящем исследовании рассмотрены возможности и сопутствующие риски цифровых активов, специфика их применения спортивными организациями, описана схема размещения фан-токенов и сформулированы предложения по их использованию для российских футбольных клубов, которые были выбраны в качестве объекта исследования в силу наличия необходимых данных и сформировавшегося рынка. Методология исследования предполагает анализ годовых отчетов футбольных клубов и публикаций в профильных изданиях, а также интервью с представителями клубов и цифровых торговых площадок. Авторами проанализированы результаты торгов фан токенами 47 зарубежных клубов, выявлены и количественно измерены факторы, влияющие на их доходность. На основе зарубежного опыта сформулированы предложения для российских клубов, направленные на сотрудничество с цифровыми площадками, выпуск NFT-токенов и NFT-коллекций. Кроме того оценен возможный доход от использования подобных инструментов, складывающийся из двух составляющих: первичное размещение (ICO) и вторичный рынок. Предложения и расчеты авторов могут быть использованы профессиональными клубами, представляющими другие виды спорта и прочими субъектами индустрии спорта – производителями экипировки и оборудования, фитнес-клубами, объектами инфраструктуры и т.д. В качестве направлений дальнейших исследований предложен анализ ряда дополнительных факторов, которые потенциально могут оказывать влияние на доходность фан токенов.
