Ownership Concentration and Forming of Corporate Control

Abstract

The paper concerns with the analysis of becoming of modern types of the corporate control in regional Russian companies on an example of corporations of the Ural Federal district is presented. The regional companies repeat as a whole the all-Russian tendencies, such as transition from insider’s to outsider’s control model. The main role in this process is played with corporate integration. Specific feature of the regional companies is great share of the regional state presents in the independent companies.
