Benchmarking as a Tool to Improve the Financial Performance of the Innovative Project

According to the strategic priority of Russian Federation development a shift to innovational economy is declared. Meaningful number of industrial enterprises are developing and implementing different innovative projects. Both absence of project management systems and experience of working with such a projects force their financial effectiveness to be a subject for improvement. Benchmarking is one of the tools which could be used for financial effectiveness improvement of these projects program.
