The problem of innovative modernization of social and economic system of region in the conditions of development globalization can be solved only under condition of effective clusterisation of economic space that is provided with real participation of all interested institutes of a society in modernization.Technological platforms act as the tool of involving of public institutes in process of innovative modernization in the conditions of globalization and innovative development. The control system of innovative modernization of regional system should be formed taking into account methodology of technological platforms.
