Abstract

At planning of perspective directions of development of business among possible balanced score cards ( defined in four directions of system of the balanced indicators) are growth of a share of the market, quality of business processes, effective and effectiveness of the  business. Financial aspects of development define through a free cash flow, the economic value added, market value of the company. One estimation of risks of business and threats of economic safety practically isn't made –because of the absence of formal mechanisms. In the given research using of the process approach for the analysis and an estimation of economic safety of the organizations is offering.
