Analyzing the implementation of dumping contracts in 2010

The employees of the Soloviev Institute of Sales and Purchase Management, Higher School of Economics in their article present the results of the monitoring of conclusion and implementation of contracts on the orders that have been placed by means of running open-bid auctions in the form of electronic trading on the federal trade electronic marketplaces in accordance to part 3.1 of the Federal Law 94-FL in 2010.

The objects of the research are three federal trade electronic marketplaces:
http://zakazrf.ru/ – electronic marketplace of the state unitary enterprise «Agency of the State Procurement, Investment Activities and Inter-Regional Relations of Republic of Tatarstan»;
http://roseltorg.ru/ – electronic marketplace of the public corporation «Single Electronic Trading Platform»;
http://sberbank-ast.ru/ – marketplace of the close corporation «Sberbank – Automatic System of Trading», Sberbank-AST.
